But, this city is having problem with power. How would this city expand and progress without power. "According to Energy Secretary Angelo Reyes, possible power solutions should be opened following the rapid occurrence of rotating brownouts in the city, which greatly affected the business establishments." (http://sunstar.com.ph, May 10, 2008). Do we really need power? Do we really need to progress?

Nature has its way to balance things. If we view progress as a positive thing, then it needs a negative one to maintain the balance. Okay, let say the city has more jobs. So, more jobs means more opportunity. More opportunity means more population. More population means more crimes. More crimes means chaos. Is this what we really want? We seek progress but end up with this? This is only one example. Nature will always have answer to changes. Whether those changes are good or bad. Nature will counter them in order to preserve the balance.
